Jon HoadleyJon Hoadley is Executive Director of Stonewall Democrats. With over 90 chapters across the country, Stonewall Democrats is the voice for LGBT Democrats and pro-equality Allied Democrats. Throughout the country Stonewall Democrats works to elect pro-equality Democrats and improve the Democratic Party on issues important to the LGBT community.

Prior to joining National Stonewall Democrats, Hoadley worked for the Gill Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to securing equal opportunity for all people regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression. Hoadley has also served as the campaign manager for South Dakotans Against Discrimination, the campaign that opposed the anti-marriage amendment in South Dakota and shocked the nation by coming within two points of victory. Jon served as the national coordinator of the Stonewall Student Network (now Stonewall Young Democrats), worked on various Democratic and ballot measure campaigns, and organized extensively on college campuses.

Hoadley graduated with high honors from Michigan State University where he received degrees in Social Relations from the James Madison College and Women's Studies from the College of Arts and Letters. Hoadley's research focused on gender rights, queer studies and politics, movement theory, and the impact of social movement activism on public policy.

Kyle BaileyKyle Bailey is Director of Chapter & National Development for the Stonewall Democrats. Bailey was raised in the north Georgia mountains by his mother and grandmother. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Bailey served the youngest Chair of any County Democratic Party in Georgia during college.

During college, Bailey organized the second Stonewall Students Chapter in the country, served as Co-Field Director of the LGBT campus organization Lambda Alliance, served as Chair of the Young Democrats of Georgia Stonewall Caucus, and was elected to the National Stonewall Democrats Board of Directors. Bailey has built experience in development with both political campaigns and the non-profit sectors. Bailey previously served as the Political Director for Equality Georgia, where he co-authored the organization's strategic plan and led efforts to build a bi-partisan fair majority in the state legislature and on targeted local councils and commissions to advance LGBT policy goals. He has been active in politics since he was 12 years old.

John MarbleJohn Marble is Communications Director for the Stonewall Democrats. As a print journalist, Marble covered sports, religion and entertainment for a Knight-Ridder newspaper and profiled numerous public personalities during his writing career. Following a White House communications internship, Marble worked for Vice President Al Gore before joining his presidential campaign.

In his role with Stonewall Democrats, Marble works to implement media for both the national organization and for numerous chapters across the country.
